What prompted me to do such a thing?
I attended the Reading Buddy Backup training this evening.
My friend Sherry G has been after me for several months to join her in this endeavor, and when the training was finally offered, I went.
So, children, you can thank Mrs. Sherry for that!
And children of Pulaski Elementary School, y'all can thank her, too!
I'll be at that school for two sessions on Read United Day.
I'm really excited to be part of this!

I've had to withdraw from those two reading positions.
The weather will be posting highs in the forties, or lower, at that time of day on this coming Friday.
I simply cannot chance worrying my heart with that brutally cold air.
Blame it on Winter Storm Fern.
